just about completely eliminates acne scarring, August 11, 2012 This review is from: 1.0mm Micro Needle Roller Skin Care Therapy Dermatology System (Misc.) I have very noticeable scars on my face from years of popping zit after zit and my skin tone was very uneven also because of the acne. I have been using this roller for a little over a month and I am so grateful the drastic changes this product has made in such a short amount of time.
One thing to be prepared for is that it is not easy on the skin. Especially at first, it mat hurt a little bit and cause your skin to turn red. Tea tree oil ( Good 'N Natural 100% Pure Tea Tree Oil + FREE Roll-On Blemish Stick with Tea Tree Oil) was the one medication that finally cleared up my acne permanently but because it also soothes and softens the skin I also put some on my face about an hour after using the needle roller, right before bed-time. The results from dermarolling are amazing, but this particular roller is very cheaply made. I used it twice before it stopped rolling. If you want to try dermarolling and see if its right for you before investing into an expensive device, then this product might be right for you; otherwise I recommend getting a good quality one.

I have just started using this 1mm roller after using lower depth roller the last two months,(I roll every 3-4 weeks since collagen building is what I'm after, and this takes time), but I discovered a great way to TEST if this device is really working (or for that matter if whatever your skin regime is works), aside from subjective opinion.
First though do your homework on proper usage of the rollers, (sterility, how hard and long to roll - see youtube for guidance) etc.
Take a picture of yourself BEFORE you start the process, in good light, with no makeup, taking note of how far you place the camera from your face and angle etc, and save the picture on your computer. Then wait at least 6 weeks (preferably two or three months), take another picture in the same light at the same distance, save to your computer then use the High Def effect in your photo software on your computer (or use the free one I mention below) and you will see with your own eyes the...
